Kenneth R. Riley, age 84, of Karnak, passed away at 10:48 a.m. Thursday, January 21, 2021 at his home.
Kenneth was born September 7, 1936 in Karnak. He attended school in Karnak. Kenneth and Joyce Annable were united in marriage on June 1, 1957. They shared 63 years together. He loved spending time with his family, taking care of his cats, gardening and mowing.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Annable Riley; daughter, Beverly (Leslie) Wright of Ullin; sons, Terry (Tina) Riley of Anna, Gary (Nancy) Riley of Vienna and Ken Wade (Tamra) Riley of Huntsville, Alabama; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Frealin and June Wilson Riley; brother, Donald Riley and infant brother, Harold Dean Riley
Funeral services honoring the life of Mr. Kenneth R. Riley will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2021 at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. Monday morning until the funeral hour. Rev. Alan Milligan will officiate. Interment will follow at the Cypress Cemetery.
Pallbearers serving will be Jeffrey Wright, Zachary Riley, Nicholas Riley, Samuel Riley, Dustin Thurston and Cory Bloodworth.
Those attending the visitation and funeral service are asked to observe social distancing guidelines and wearing of a mask is recommended.
