Shawnee College to host Family Fun Festival

Shawnee Community College is hosting the Family Fun Festival on Sat., Nov. 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at SCC’s Main Campus in Ullin.

The event will include carnival-style games for children of all ages, including ring toss, can toss, sack races, grand prize game, face painting, balloon animals, and a Quarterback challenge.

The event will also include a hayride through Shawnee’s campus (weather permitting) and free hotdogs, chips, drinks, and Dippin Dots ice-cream.

Immediately following the games and hayride, community members are encouraged to stay late and watch two basketball games featuring your Shawnee Saints women’s and men’s basketball teams.
