Human remains found in Pulaski County, indentified as Michael Shawn Neill

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department announced on Nov. 15 the skeletal remains recovered at a location along the Ohio River, east of Urbandale, in Alexander County on May 14, have been identified as being those of Michael Shawn Neill of Karnak.

Neill was last seen on Sunday, June 25, 2017 in Pulaski County and was reported missing on June 26, 2017.

According to the sheriff’s office, forensic anthropologists at UNT Center for Human Identification in Denton, Texas determined identification.

Authorities say there were no signs of foul play.
