Shelby Jean (Street) Mifflin

Shelby Jean (Street) Mifflin of Golconda, Illinois went to be with her Lord, June 11, 2018 at 7:23AM. She was at home surrounded by her family.

Shelby was born on December 8, 1941 in Johnson County Illinois. She was the daughter of Arthur & Minnie (Baity) Street.

Shelby loved family get togethers, her flowers, helping with the garden and her chickens. She loved to cook and made the best macaroni salad and elderberry jelly.

Shelby is survived by: her husband of 25 years, Jimmie Dean Mifflin; a daughter Tammy (Danny) Millis of Golconda; sons-

Randy (Cindy) Belford of Golconda,  J.D.  (June) Mifflin of Ava, Randy (Lesli) Mifflin of Sandridge, Mark Mifflin of Steelville, Jeremy Mifflin of Shelbyville, Kentucky, Andrew (Laura) Mifflin of Chester and Jesse (Michelle) Mifflin of Sandridge; brothers- Aruther (Doris) Street of New Columbia, Norman Street of Apache Junction, Arizona, Harold (Mary) Street of Vienna, James W. (Marlene) Street of Vienna and DeAnson (Linda) Street of Harrisburg; several grandchildren, great and great- great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her mother and father; brothers- Lowell Street and Bob Street; a sister- Shirley Lockerby.

Shelby was a member of the New Liberty Church in Eddyville.

A service honoring the life of Shelby Jean (Street) Mifflin will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 1PM at the Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Brother Erick Bauer and Brother Roy Lee Baker will officiate.

Burial will be in the McClanahan Cemetery near Grantsburg.

Visitation will be held from 11AM-1PM Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brannon Partain, Lesley Williamson, Billy Williamson, Shain Presser, Brian Underwood and Brandon Garrison.

A Special Thanks to Lourdes Hospice and to Brother Erick Bauer and Brother Roy Lee Baker.
