Fireworks on Saturday at Vienna ballpark

The City of Vienna will host its 4th of July celebration on Saturday, July 1, at the Vienna Ballpark on the west edge of town.

Festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m. Fireworks will begin at dusk.

There will be activities for the kids, including bounce houses and human hamsterball games.

The Johnson County Youth League will sell snacks at the concession stand. Just Chill will also be selling flavored shaved ice.

Craig Bradley will be the DJ providing a large selection of music.

The Vienna VFW Post will also have a tent set up at the park providing information about the organization and refreshments.

There will be no alcohol allowed at the park. Attendees are asked to bring lawn chairs and blankets for an evening of family fun.
