Creal Springs- Caiden Johnson, 12 weeks, left his mother’s embrace and entered God’s embrace at 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 3, 2015 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah due to a spontaneous miscarriage.
Caiden will be truly missed and his memory will forever be cherished by all his loved ones.
Caiden is survived by his parents- Matthew and Angie Johnson, two brothers- Cody Matthew and Caleb Dean Johnson, two sisters- Callie Rae and Caitlin Marie Johnson all of Creal Springs.
His brothers and sisters were anxiously awaiting his arrival.
He is also survived by his grandparents- Gaila Johnson of Herrin, Rita and Michael Hull of Tunnel Hill and Ray Conley of Creal Springs. Uncles and aunts include- Daniel and Kathy Johnson of Johnston City, Jarrett and Melissa Johnson of New Burnside and Jason and Lisa Conley of Burlington, WI. Several cousins- Alex, Ben, Abby, Jayden, Timothy, Jacob, Shayla and Lexi as well as several great aunts uncle and close friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa- Rev. Kenneth Johnson.
His family would like to graciously thank everyone who gave to help save Caiden and his mother; Johnson County Ambulance Service, Lourdes ER staff, Dr. Lisa Lasher and the OB staff and Sister Lucy as well as the many friends and family who were praying. God has blessed this experience and the family will be forever grateful to have had these precious God moments.
A private service will be held at the family home in Creal Springs on Sunday, August 9, 2015. Rev. Keith McDannel and Rev. Bud McDannel will officiate.
