Goreville School took first place at the annual Johnson County Chamber of Commerce golf scramble Friday afternoon. The team shot a 57. Players were, from left, J.T. Russell, Shon Messmer and J.R. Russell. Chamber board member Marsha Hayes presented the first place team with the chamber’s travelling trophy at the end of the event.
