“Unless you need anything else tonight, I’m going 4-0-2 for the last time”

Elry Faulkner, Sheriff of Johnson County for 40 years, officially went 402 (end of duty) for the last time Sunday, November 30, 2014 at 10:00 p.m.

Though officially off duty, he will continue to serve Johnson County residents until Monday morning, when sheriff-elect Charlie Harner is sworn in.

Harner, along with treasurer-elect Brent Williams, county clerk Robin Harper-Whitehead, commissioner Fred Myer and assessor Danell Mott will be sworn in at 9:00 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, in the courtroom annex by Judge James Williamson.

Everyone is welcome to attend the ceremony.
