Hungry for Missions fundraiser meets goal

Sunday Fellowship Baptist Church hosted their annual Hungry for Missions meal. Their goal was to raise $3,000 to build a sanitation system during a trip to Haiti in July. Serving over 175 meals to famished guests, the team raised over $4,000 for the project and additional costs of the trip. Pictured above was the focal point of the meal, a 15 feet tall chandelier made out of 2,000 empty water bottles. The decor was intended to raise awareness for the lack of clean water an adequate sanitation in third world countries. Fellowship Baptist and the 2014 Haiti mission team would like to thank everyone who came to the meal and donated to the project.
