Debra Inman Musgraves, age 60, of Grand Chain, died at 10:12 p.m. Saturday night, March 15, 2014 at the Massac Memorial Hospital in Metropolis. Debra was a member of the Congregational Church in Grand Chain and was employed by the Southern Seven Health Department as the Chief Financial Officer.
She is survived by her husband, Cyrus Musgraves; two daughters, Stephanie Hard Langston and husband (Brian) of Paducah, Holly Musgraves Shreves and husband (James) of Grand Chain; one brother, Ronnie Inman of Grand Chain; four grandchildren, Bailey and Cameron Langston of Paducah, Sumer Agers and James D. Shreves Jr. of Grand Chain; several nieces and nephews.
Debra is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Vivian Seawright Inman of Grand Chain; one brother, David Wayne Inman; grandparents, Harry and Mary Addie Inman of Grand Chain, Arlie and Lillie May Seawright of Cairo.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Congregational Church in Grand Chain. Interment will follow at the Masonic Cemetery in Grand Chain. Rev. Steve Heisner will be officiating. Visitation will be from 5 till 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Wilson Funeral Home in Karnak and Wednesday morning from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral hour of 1:00 p.m. at the Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Hope Lodge, 4215 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108, envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
