December  5,  2012  –  Late  this afternoon John L. Cunningham, 41, and his wife,  Janet S. Cunningham, 43, were taken into custody without incident by Kentucky  State  Police  and  U.S.  Marshals  near  Madisonville, Kentucky.

The Cunninghams, both convicted felons,  are  persons  of  interest  in  the shooting and are being held on Johnson  County  charges  of  aggravated  vehicular  hijacking,  aggravated battery  with  a  firearm  and  unlawful  possession  of weapon by a felon.
