Clarence E. “Gig” Troutman, Jr., 75. a resident of Vienna and former resident of rural Lockport for 62 years, passed away Wednesday morning December 5, 2012 at 3:55 AM at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY.
Clarence was born on November 25, 1937 in Joliet, IL. He was the son of Clarence E. Troutman Sr. and Anna (Janosica) Troutman.
Clarence was united in marriage to Gail S. (West) Vesper on June 4, 2000 in Stuart, FL. She survives.

A Brother – James “Jimmy” Troutman
Clarence served in the US Air Force. He had then worked for Nabisco, INC in Chicago, IL, where he was employed as a maintenance mechanic and welder he retired from there in 1998.
Clarence was a member of the Christian Motorcycle Group, a former member of the Northwest Homer Fire Department in Lockport, IL and a former Auxiliary Police Officer in Lockport as well.
Clarence was of the Catholic Faith. He loved riding his Harley Davidson, building and flying model airplanes and was also a model railroad enthusiast. Clarence also enjoyed operating heavy equipment and machinery, carpentry and has built and remodeled a number of homes.
As per Clarence’s wishes there will be no public visitation or service.
