The Vienna Grade School boys’ baseball team defeated Hardin County 14-10, Saturday, Sept. 22 to bring home the 2012 SIJHSAA Class M championship.

The Gallatin County regional win earns the Rams an opportunity to compete in the Class M state tournament. They will face Trico Junior High Saturday, September 29. The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m.

Down 0-6 after the first three innings, VGS scored five runs in the 4th against Hardin County before adding five more in the 5th-inning.
