A vehicle crashed into the Acee’s Neighborhood Food and Fuel in Vienna, Ill., near I-24, exit 16, Thursday afternoon, May 26, causing major damage to the convenience store.

Thankfully, no one was injured. However, it could have resulted in serious personal injury, which might require the aid of a lawyer similar to this Costco injury attorney or a lawyer who specializes in personal injury.

The driver of the 2003 Mercedes Benz with Tennessee license plates, identified as Thomas Eugene Roach, age 46, drove the car through the store’s front entrance. He refused medial attention.

According to sources at the scene, while Roach was out of the car and in the store after the crash, the car rolled backwards coming to rest against the fuel pumps.
