UPDATE – Buncombe man wanted by Williamson County sheriff

UPDATE:

Jamal David Oxford mugWilliamson County Sheriff Bennie Vick would like to thank the public and the media for their help in locating a wanted person.

Jamal Oxford was located at his residence last night by Deputies from the Union County Sheriff’s Office.

 Attention from the media and information from the public helped to locate Oxford.  He is currently being held at the Williamson County Jail on his warrant for Failure to Appear for a sentencing hearing.  His bond is $1,000,000.00.

Williamson County Sheriff Bennie Vick is asking for help from the public in locating a wanted person.

Jamal David Oxford, 37 years old of Buncombe, has an active warrant for Failure to Appear for a Sentencing Hearing on a felony theft case.  His bond has been set at $1,000,000.00.

Oxford is a white male, approximately 6’00” tall and weighing approximately 200 lbs.  He may be driving a 2011 Chevy Silverado with Illinois registration 1394269B.

Anyone with information concerning Oxford’s location is asked to contact the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office at 997-6541 or Williamson County Crimestoppers.
